I do a number of things to keep a healthy kore. I run and do Pilates, but my main form of exercise is Irish dancing! I've done it for 13 years and it's a great work out!! I love kore swim!!!

I keep my KORE looking good by a new extreme fitness class called Shockwave! It is a total KoRE workout using Indo- Row machines combined with body bars, bosu's and kettle balls!!

I love running - there are few things more empowering and energizing than going for a long run. Though I don't do yoga as much as I would like, It is a great way to work my body and my mind!

Love the Suits Gals!!!!

bar method!!!! great KORE workout

I keep my Kore strong yet feminine with evening runs into the sunset, weekend sunrise wakeboard sessions with my dearest gal pals and a healthy diet to keep my belly and heart happy

1. I run on the tread mill everyday for an hour.
2. I "like" kore swimwear on facebook (Colleen Boudreau)
3. I follow kore swimwear on instagram (@collifornia)
4. follow bathing news on twitter (@collifornia)

Long morning runs and hot yoga at the end of the day...
I've been wanting one of these for so long!

I LOVE pilates because it trains the body as an integrated whole, while focusing on kore strength.
I love when I focus my fitness routines on building Kore strength because it goes beyond the surface muscles and utilizes my deep internal muscles. When my kore is strong, the frame of my body is so much better supported. My posture improves and I feel so much more physically and mentally balanced. Its hard to find such a level of integrative fitness elsewhere.

Another major activity I engage in to keep a healthy core is LAUGHTER-the kind of laughter that makes your stomach muscles hurt! Making a conscious effort to maintain a good sense of humor is not only good for the kore, but also for the soul. When you allow yourself to let go and laugh at all things both good and bad, happiness is achieved much more easily. AND when you're happy, you'll quickly find yourself on the fast track to being healthy :)

I came across this video a while ago of a popular practice in India called Laughter Yoga. It left a strong impression on me, so I thought I'd share it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yXEfjVnYkqM
